18th April 2008 - Jean Christoph Novelli to open second gastropub After the success of the first gastropub opened by Jean Christoph Novelli, The White Horse, final preperations are being made for the opening of The French Horn in Steppingly. This is the second in a planned 10 gastropubs by the celebrity chef. As with the first restaurant, The French Horn will also be installing e-Restaurant to manage reservations and take online bookings through the website. [Click here] to visit the website. 9th April 2008 - Kernow Software meet with P&O management on-board "Ventura" Kernow Software Managing Director, Graham Murt, met with restaurant and IT management on board P&O's brand new cruise liner "Ventura" shortly after it arrived in Southampton from the ship yard in Italy to ensure e-Restaurant was functioning as expected and also to discuss future plans for the software within the company. "We've worked very closely with Carnival UK over the last couple of months integrating e-Restaurant with their existing customer systems and now we're looking forward to possibility of e-Restaurant installs on other ships operated by Carnival" Ventura is due for her maiden voyage on 18th April 2008. [click to enlarge] [click to enlarge] 30th March 2008 - Two Michelin Starred chef chooses e-Restaurant Two Michelin Starred chef Daniel Clifford of The Midsummers House & The Headley decides to use e-Restaurant to handle their reservations. The decision was made after the General Manager had used e-Restaurant at a previous establishment and knew of the benefit it could bring a busy restaurant. The Headley also run the e-Restaurant SMS Text reminder service and will shorty be accepting Online Reservations through their website via the e-Restaurant Online Web Module. After using the e-Restaurant software for the past year, The Victoria Restaurant & Gastropub in London have added the e-Restaurant online booking module to their website to allow customers to book tables 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 5th October 2007 - New Website Launched! We've released a new website complete with a selection of photos from Padstow and the surrounding area as the header images for each page. Quite a difference from the old site I'm sure you'll agree.
